SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

  • We ship to most countries! The countries we are currently unable to ship to though are France and Germany.
  • We ask that individuals from the UK request a custom order via our Etsy shop.

DISPATCH AND SHIPPING TIMES

  • We are based in Canada, this is where orders ship from.
  • Orders can take upwards of 2 weeks to dispatch. Due to our location, we ship out orders in bulk to save on shipping costs for customers.
  • North American orders can take 1-2 weeks to arrive. International orders can take 2-12 weeks.
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

  • We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Card.
  • We do not accept Paypal payments.
  • Note that an additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than CAD.

PREORDERS

  • Listings that contain "PREORDER" in their name mean that the item isn't quite ready to ship yet! Please refer to each listing to see how long it may take to have them manufactured. 
  • Based on previous experiences, you can expect the following wait periods before your order may ship:

Button Ups: 3 Months

Hoodies + Sweaters : 2 Months

Scarves: 1 Month

  • Please note that if your order contains a mix of PREORDER and READY TO SHIP items, your order will ship all together.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we offer 100% refund. If you find yourself in this situation, please send an email to shop.sulkypup@gmail.com with a photo of the item you received and your order #.
  • You are allowed to cancel an order as long as: 1. It has not shipped. 2. The item is not a preordered item*. *If you wish to cancel you order during the preorder period, you are allowed to do so. Beyond that, we are unable to process a refund.
  • We do not offer exchanges due to our limited stock.

RETURNS

  • Timing: we have a 72-hour Return Policy, since the day item was received (based on tracking information.)
  • If you find that the sizing of your apparel doesn't fit and you'd like to return it, please contact shop.sulkypup@gmail.com within the above timeline and state that you would like to initiate a return with your order #.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • The refund will be processed once the items arrive back to Sulkypup.

RESTOCKS

  • We aim to have a shop update 3 times a year: April, July, and October.
  • We can't guarantee that all items will return each update, but we try to rotate the items depending on the season (ex: hoodies and scarves will be available in October while more short-sleeves would be available in April and July.)
